At Alban Title, we are a full-service title and escrow company owned by Shawn Lindsay and Jason Jackson, both local attorneys. Alban Title is not affiliated with any law firm, real estate office or lender. We feel this is very important and allows us to offer premier service at reasonable rates to all of our clients without any hidden fees or expenses. Our focus is on timely service and to recognize and resolve title issues quickly. Our experienced staff has over 100 years of combined title and escrow experience. For our realtor and lender friends, we realize that we are an extension of the outstanding customer service you provide and we are committed to meeting the high expectations of your clients.
